Excellent Stay with Fantastic Amenities!
helpful staffaccessible snorkelingkind receptionist
The location is good. I found all the staff helpful. Snorkeling is accessible directly from the hotel. Ahmed Ibrahim from the reception team was especially kind, helpful, and cute. Eslam, Ziad, Khalifa, and Essma offered excellent beach service.

My room featured very spacious accommodations with beautiful views. Parking was also conveniently available near the entrance. A wide range of resort amenities was available. I found the room spacious.

The location of the hotel made accessing a fine coral reef very easy. It offered ample opportunities for snorkeling. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.

old furniturebathroom smell
my recent visit wasn't great. the cleanliness was a real problem. our room had old furniture and it just wasn't very clean. the bathroom had broken taps, and there was a bad smell too.

the staff is very friendly and helpful. ahmad and his team in the main restaurant provided really good service, always directing us to a table and bringing drinks promptly. taigar, ali, and their manager at the beach provided great service too.
i experienced a slight delay at check-in because i arrived earlier than the normal check-in time. i had to wait almost five hours for my room. however, the rooms i eventually received were beautiful.
